What: The Karen Williams Business Coaching workshop is the pilot of the series to be organised. This two hour business coaching event will consist of two 30 minutes, one-to-one coaching sessions, with two different professional business coaches. In addition, entrepreneurs will experience a one-hour introductory face reading workshop with Nicole Beecher one of the world's experts on personology - this workshop will include a session on understanding your clients. This workshop is suitable for all entrepreneurs who are passionate about their business.


Objective for this event: Karen's intentions are to make business coaching accessible for smaller business's. From her 25 years of business experience she has seen first hand how large corporations have been reaping the benefits achieved by coaching for years. Karen is committed to providing a coaching service for the entrepreneur. The coaching sessions will encourage the entrepreneur to focus on their current or future business aspirations, resulting in gaining a clarity of thought that they never knew they had!

Karen Williams - FCCA Qualified Certified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of business and accountancy experience.

Career highlights include Internal Accountancy at Touche Ross in Sydney (Australia), Management Accountancy for a blue chip plc dealing in acquisitions and mergers, Financial accountancy in a London practice offering business advice for SMEs, Ltd Companies, Partnerships and Sole traders (from Farmers to Film companies). Karen started her own Inspirational Coaching business in 2009 and accredited with Academy of Executive coaching (AoEC). Karen's uniqueness lays in her solution-focused coaching. She uses a coaching process that motivates the client to take the actions required. Karen strongly believes that many entrepreneurs have been missing out on the benefits of coaching and she is committed to providing a coaching service that allows her to transfer her business skills to the entrepreneur. The coaching method she uses supports her clients to achieve their business objectives 'now' and in the future. Nicole Beecher

Nicole Beecher, author of the book series "How To Get The Best Beauty Therapy Jobs" is a leading authority on recruitment in the Beauty Industry. She is the founder of the successful agency Beauty Recruitment Plus and has many years experience in sales, marketing, and salon ownership. Nicole is also one of the few fully qualified Personologists in the world. Personology is the art of face reading for the purpose of personality profiling and self-understanding and Nicole holds workshops and team building days using this methodology in the beauty industry, other industries and private personality assessments for individuals.

Andrew Small

Andrew Small is a Coach and a Learning & Development Consultant. To date the majority of Andrew's coaching experience has been in the private sector, incorporating both business and career coaching. Andrew sees coaching as a collaborative partnership between himself and his client. Together they work with the client's agenda in order to clarify the client's vision of what they want. He supports the client in determining the appropriate steps to take in order to achieve their aims in a sustainable way. Andrew has a coaching diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching).

Julia E. Moodie - BSc (Hons)

Julia has a particular interest in helping people who want to realise their ambitions and works with both their personal and organisational development so that they can find a way forward. Julia is an Employment Development Coach. She previously managed Organisation Development qualification and non-qualification programmes at Ashridge Consulting, working with Ashridge Consultants to develop and expand the potential of practicing consultants participating on the programmes. Julia has worked in many sectors including Scientific Publishing, Healthcare, Voluntary sector, and more recently in Education and Training and Development gaining considerable insight into the values of different organizations, and with clients making career choices. She is very creative and has a natural curiosity about people. She has effective reasoning abilities and has the potential to develop others. These skills are always being enhanced by her personal development of training in executive coaching. She is accredited with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), London and also has an honours degree from Sheffield Hallam University in Chemistry.

Julie Parker BSC, MSTAT

I have been coaching for over 20 years, during which time I have worked with both individuals and businesses, such as BP International, Johnson & Johnson, and Amersham International. Additionally, I have worked at the Harley Street Clinic in London, within the NHS in Cumbria, and at LIPA (Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts), as well as running workshops in England, Ireland and Zimbabwe. For many years I utilised the Alexander Technique as a Coaching Tool, but have also taken an accredited Life Coaching Course (gaining over 90% in the accreditation process ). Accreditation was through Performance Coach Training, the Director of which worked extensively with Richard Branson. I have had a lifelong interest in spirituality and self development, and have worked for many years with a talented meditation teacher, attending courses once or twice a year over the last 14 years. This personal work informs my coaching.

Kate Husselbee MCIPD

Kate's coaching experience incorporates work and career coaching. Kate is passionate about learning and has a genuine desire to help others to learn, develop and grow, appreciating that we all react to change in different ways. Authenticity is important to Kate and she looks to approach her work with a natural curiosity, intuition and integrity. Kate sees sustainable change as fundamental to coaching and encourages her clients to draw on their own self-awareness and resourcefulness to progress and flourish. Kate works with individuals and groups in private, public and not for profit organisations, particularly in the health, education and charity sectors. Kate has a coaching diploma in executive coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is qualified in a number of personality profiling tools that can support work and career coaching, such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). Kate is also a human resources and organisational development director and draws on her extensive experience of managing change and working with individuals and organisations in her coaching work with clients.
